本研究係針對食品、紡織、電子業中之股票申請上櫃公司,探討其組織慣性對完成上櫃申請準備速度的影響。藉由存活模式 (survival model)分析的結果顯示,組織慣性會影響企業股票申請上櫃之準備時間;企業對資金需求的強度亦明顯影響其申請上櫃之準備時間。

This study aims to examine the impact of organization inertia on the response rate measured by the time of preparation through the observation of the process of firms\' stocks applied for the market of Over the Counter ( OTC) in the food, spinning & weaving, and electronic industry. Based on a total of 132 firms and a survival model with Weibull distribution, the results show that organization inertia and capital requirement for operation have significant impact on the duration of preparation.
