教 育實習是師資培育的關鍵時期,建立良好的輔導系統有助於改進實習教師的教學。本研究旨在瞭解國小實習教師及實習輔導人員知覺臨床視導在教學輔導的理想需求 程度、實際實施程度、理想與實際的差距,以及影響差距的可能因素。 本研究採文獻分析法蒐集資料編成問卷,抽樣調查台北市170位國小實習教師、172位國小實習輔導教師、46位國小校長、44位師資培育機構實習指導教 師,以平均數、標準差、單因子變異數分析、多變量變異數分析及t檢定統計分析資料。 本研究根據問卷調查結果,以立意取樣方式,選取理想與實際差距較大的國小校長二名、國小實習教師、實習輔導教師及實習指導教師各四名,進行半結構訪問,深 入了解影響理想需求與實際實施程度差距的可能因素。 本研究發現:國小實習教師及實習輔導人員知覺臨床視導在教學輔導的理想需求程度高於「通常需要」,實際實施程度低於「通常實施」,理想需求與實際實施程度 的差距,經t考驗達極顯著水準;影響理想需求與實際實施程度差距的可能因素,包括「人的層面」、「對臨床視導的誤解層面」及「人和臨床視導工具的結合層 面」三方面。 本研究根據上述研究發現,分別對教育行政機關、師資培育機構、教育實習機構提出具體建議,做為改進國小實習教師教學輔導之參考;此外,亦對未來相關研究提 出具體建議,做為進一步研究參考。

The purposes of this study were to understand the ideal, actual and the discrepancies between “ideal” and “actual” applications of clinical supervision techniques by intern teachers, mentor teachers, principals, university professors, and investigate the reasons for those discrepancies. In addition to theoretical analysis, the research methods of the study were a questionnaire survey and a semi-structure interview. The subjects of the study were 170 intern teachers, 172 mentor teachers, 46 principals, and 44 professors. The data from questionnaire survey were analyzed using Mean, STD, one way ANOVA, MANOVA, and t-test. Based on the results of the discrepancies between “ideal” and “actual” applications of clinical supervision techniques, four intern teachers, four mentor teachers, two principal, and four professors were identified for a semi-structure interview. The data from semi-structure interview were analyzed with reference to three dimensions for those discrepancies. According to the research findings, this author proposes several suggestions for teacher education institutes, educational administration authorities, and junior high schools respectively.
