本研究之目的旨在了解國小輔導師資培育之現況,透過訪談與問卷調查的方式,了解與國小輔導師資相關之授課教師、在校學生、與畢業校友對現行國小輔導師資教育 之「應然面」、「實然面」、與「未來發展」等的觀點,以作為未來發展國小輔導師資培育模式之依據。問卷調查共取得上述三類對象798名,研究工具採研究者 自編之「國小輔導師資培育問卷」。綜合本研究發現如下: 一、國小輔導師資應具備之專業內涵為高期許而少專業分工與定位的概念。 二、國小輔導師資培育之理念與實際成果均為重專業內涵、輕輔導行政與效能評鑑。 三、畢業校友均較授課教師對國小輔導人員所應具有的專業內涵期許更高、期盼調整的幅度也較授課教師為大。 四、國小輔導師資培育課程之未來方向為輔導實務能力的加強。其中以加強輔導室例行工作之專業能力、具體而微的強化個案處理能力、學習方式走向實務化、以及 成立專職培養國小輔導師資教育之必要性為未來主要的發展方向。

The purpose of the present study was to examine Taiwan training models for elementary school counselors. Participants were 798, included faculty members, students, and alumni of current training programs. Three perspectives, ideal characters, performance, and future development, were investigated through questionnaires. The major findings were: 1.Ideal characters for elementary school counselors were highly demanded, which focused more on counseling attitudes, less on administration and evaluation abilities. 2.The performance of training programs was positive related to the ideal characters. 3.There were consistency discrepancies between faculty members and alumni for perceptions on the ideal characters, performance, and future development of elementary school counselor training programs. 4.The future development of training programs should emphasize more on practical training.
