本研究對過去台灣科技產業的教育訓練體系與人才培育提出深入的探討,並對台灣科技產業的人力發展提供政策面的檢討與未來決策參考。本研究同時針對人力資源發展影響科技人才培育的策略性功能,及科技政策介入產業教育訓練體系等提供極具說服性的理論架構。

This study is expected to discuss the educational training system in high technology industry in Taiwan, also try to examine how Taiwan\'s science and technology policies are managing the education and training programs of business innovation system to strengthen the industry\'s compatibility.
