本研究針對三所師大畢業生在八十七學年度擔任國中實習教師者,進行有關教師思考及教師行為的實徵研究。此一研究以大樣本的問卷調查為主,而以小樣本訪晤活動 為輔。問卷調查的有效問卷為1018份,佔受查總人數的68%。根據研究的分析結果,分別對於師資培育機構及特約實習學校,提出了相關改進建議。

In this study, an empirical research is conducted to investigate both teachers’ thinking and teaching behavior of junior high school intern teachers during the 1998-99 academic year. All of these interns are the graduates of three national normal universities here in Taiwan. Although large-sample questionnaire survey is the principal technique to collect the data of teachers’ thinking and teaching behavior, visiting interview of small-sample is very useful in providing supplementary information. In the questionnaire survey , 1018 valid questionnaires(68%) are secured for the purpose of data analysis. Based upon research findings, some recommendations are made for both teacher education institutions and cooperating junior high schools.
