本研究之主要目的,在探討我國學校體育發展(國小、國中、高中、大學)指標之建構理論與實際情況,並進一步提出二十一世紀我國學校體育發展指標的可行途徑。 研究步驟,擬由建構我國學校體育發展指標的基本概念出發,並配合理論的探討與分析,再進行現階段學校之實證研究後,提出有系統之數學模式,以做為未來我國 學校體育發展的追蹤,或體育政策制定之參考。 學校體育發展指標具有澄清與指示的作用;尤其,對學校中的體育目標、體育課程、體育教學與體育評鑑存在著檢視的功能;因此,本研究透過150所學校的問卷 調查,希望能驗証出各級學校(國小、國中、高中、專科、大學)之體育發展指標的差異性和特質,以作為各級學校未來體育發展的參考和依據。 本研究經問卷調查後發現,我國學校體育發展指標共有十個向度包括:行政組織效能、體育課程規劃、體育教學實施、課外活動、訓練競賽績效、場地設備、器材管 理、特殊體育、體育師資水準、學術 研究成果;而這十個向度經由迴歸方程式的檢測之後,得到我國各級學校體育發展指標建構之數學模式為:Y(學校體育發展指標)= 57.02(行政組織效能)+ 64.83(體育課程規劃)+ 47.29(體育教學實施)+ 38.14(課外活動)+ 12.09(訓練競賽績效)+ 48.27(場地設備)+ 33.01(器材管理)+ 9.83(特殊體育)+11.54(體育師資水準)+ 16.73(學術研究成果)。 從以上的研究結果,我們可以得知,我國未來各級學校體育如果希望能正常的發展,那就必須透過體育發展指標的驗證和檢測,才能使學校的體育目標,得到充分的 實踐與落實。

The main purpose of this research is to discuss the construction theories and practical situations of indicators for the development of physical education in our country and subsequently present the in our country in the 21st Century. This study is intended to set out with the basic concept of indicator construction for the physical education in school. In the course of research, theories will be discussed and analyzed. Meanwhile, the current practice of physical education in school will also be examined. Ultimately, this study will provide a systematic mathematical model as reference for the future development of school physical education in our country and the making of physical education policies. The indicators for the development of physical education in school serve to clarify and indicate, especially in the examination of the objectives, curriculums, teaching and evaluation of physical education. Therefore, the construction of indicators for the development of physical education in school is of great importance and value. At present, our country is found to be short of overall and systematic studies on the construction of indicators for physical education in school. Thus, experts and educators on physical education are anticipated to endeavor and cooperate to establish reasonable and feasible indicators for the development of physical education in school in our country.
