本研究旨在分析師範學院實施「學生評鑑教師教學」的現況以及師生對此制度的態度。研究方法為個別訪談及郵寄問卷調查法。研究工具共有三種,分別是「師範學院 實施學生評鑑教師教學訪談問卷」、「師範學院教師對『學生評鑑教師教學』意見調查表」以及「師範學院學生對『學生評鑑教師教學』意見調查表」。訪談對象為 九所師範學院課務組組長,郵寄問卷對象包含師院教師456名,學生954名。研究結果顯示五所師院已全面實施學生評鑑教師教學,其他四所學校則由教師或各 教學單位自行決定。有83%的老師同意學生可以評鑑教師教學,而學生則有90%贊成此制度。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the administrator, teacher, and student attitudes towards student ratings of instruction in teachers colleges. The research methods were personal interview and mailing questionnaire survey. The subjects were the officers, faculty, and students at each school. Of nine teaches colleges, five have required all faculty to do the student ratings in the course they teach; the rest of them take student ratings as an option for their faculty. Eighty three percents of teachers agree with that students have the right to evaluate the course they takes. More than 90% students think students should be allowed to evaluate their teachers’ performance in the classes.
