本研究的目的在針對師資培育過程中所需的家長參與知能,進行理論探討,建立家長參與學校教育的新派典,據以提出培育職前教師之家長參與知能的指引;並根據此 一指引,針對中學師資培育過程中所需的家長參與學校教育知能,進行實務探討,包括設計課程及實地教學。本年度的研究目的主要在完成家長參與學校教育派典的 建構,擬定培育指引,分析現有學科教學綱要內容,及編製「職前教師之家長參與效能感量表」。在理論研究部分,本研究採用德懷術來匯集 23 位專家對於家長參與學校教育與師資培育的意見。在實務研究部分,本研究對於 19 份與家長參與相關學科之教學綱要進行內容分析,研究設計模式為「不同科目訊息內容之分析」;採用主題建構類目,分析單位為題幹。實務研究的另一部份為編製 「職前教師之家長參與效能感量表」;以617位修習師資教育學程的學生為預試樣本;預試所得結果以項目分析及主成分分析選題,並進行信度及效度考驗。 本研究所建構的家長參與學校教育派典包括五個部分:家庭與學校的關係、變遷社會中的家庭、家長參與學校教育的原理、家長參與學校教育的有效策略與作法、及 家長參與與教育改革等。本研究所提出的培育職前教師之家長參與知能指引內容分為目標、課程安排、及教學策略等三方面。教學綱要內容分析結果顯示,目前職前 教師之家長參與知能的培育重視概括性家庭知識的獲得及學校如何協助家庭的學習。

The purpose of this study was to establish a new paradigm for parent involvement in school, to develop guidelines to train preservice teachers for parent involvement, and then to explore how a prent involvement course based on the gidelines affects preservice secondary teachers\' competence and efficacy in involving parents in their children\'s education. In the theoretical aspect of the study in this year, the Delphi technique was used to develop consensus among 24 experts on critical issues of paret involvement and on what knowledge and skills preservice teachers should have to involve parents in their children\'s education. An paradigm for parent involvement in school was established and the guidelines to train preservice teachers were developed . In the practical aspect of the study, the Preservice Teachers\' Parent involvement Efficacy Scale was developed and a content analysis of course syllabi in parent involvement was conducted. The results of the content anaysis revealed that general family knowledge and schools supporting families are the main components.
