本研究之主要目的,在瞭解我國學校體育發展指標之十個向度(行政組織效能、體育課程規劃、體育教學成果、課外活動實施、訓練競賽績效、場地設施管理、器材保 養維護、特殊體育措施、體育師資人力、學術研究成果)中,其重要程度及影響因素,以作為我國未來學校體育政策之參考和依據。 本研究以「學校體育發展指標量表」為研究工具,以台灣地區150所各級學校(國小、國中、高中、專科、大學)為研究對象,進行問卷調查,並以平均數、百分 比、變異數分析、迴歸分析等統計方法,來探討其差異性。研究結果發現: 一、在重要程度方面 依序為:體育課程規劃(22.39)、場地設施管理(21.43)、行政組織效能(20.81)、體育教學成果(20.08)、體育師資能力 (19.25)、器材保養維護(16.49)、學術研究成果(15.95)、課外活動實施(14.82)、訓練競賽績效(13.18)、特殊體育指施 (10.47)。 二、在各級學校體育發展指標之迴歸方程式 全部學校 (Y)=57.02(X1)+64.83(X2)+47.29(X3)+38.14(X4)+12.09(X5)+48.27(X6)+33.01(X7)+ 9.83(X8)+11.54(X9)+16.73(X10). 大學 (Y)=23.63(X1)+27.65(X2)+25.88(X3)+17.20(X4)+12.65(X5)+19.96(X6)+18.69(X7)+11.14(X8)+22.24(X9)+16.12(X10). 專科 (Y)=27.17(X1)+36.93(X2)+26.67(X3)+21.97(X4)+24.93(X5)+28.93(X6)+21.10(X7)+20.50(X8)+23.27(X9)+28.27(X10). 高中(Y)=10.25(X1)+14.75(X2)+10.50(X3)+6.75(X4)+ 3.00(X5)+24.20(X6)+9.75(X7)+ 1.00(X8)+12.45(X9)+7.25(X10). 國中 (Y)=28.11(X1)+13.42(X2)+25.47(X3)+19.00(X4)+21.53(X5)+27.58(X6)+20.74(X7)+13.63(X8)+28.16(X9)+24.16(X10). 國小(Y)=12.81(X1)+10.78(X2)+ 7.81(X3)+7.03(X4)+ 4.38(X5)+11.25(X6)+10.47(X7)+ 4.06(X8)+ 9.84(X9)+4.69(X10). The main purpose of this research is to discuss the construction theories and practical situations of indicators for the development of physical education in our country and subsequently present the in our country in the 21st Century. This study is intended to set out with the basic concept of indicator construction for the physical education in school. In the course of research , theories will be discussed and analyzed . Meanwhile, the current practice of physical education in school will also be examined . Ultimately , this study will provide a systematic mathematical model as reference for the future development of school physical education in our country and the making of physical education policies. The indicators for the development of physical education in school serve to clarify and indicate, especially in the examination of the objectives, curriculums, teaching and evaluation of physical education. Therefore , the construction of indicators for the development of physical education in school is of great importance and value. At present, our country is found to be short of overall and systematic studies on the construction of indicators for physical education in school . Thus , experts and educators on physical education are anticipated to endeavor and cooperate to establish reasonable and feasible indicators for the development ofphysical education in school in our country.
