在 教育實踐上,為了達成預期目標,進行各種形式的評鑑,以控進度和績效,已經非常普遍地被運用著。以國內而言,在各級教育中皆有評鑑活動,如大學評鑑、高中 職學校評鑑、課程評鑑、教學評鑑等都常常進行,可見對於評鑑的功能基本上是肯定的。 國內師資培育制度多元化以後,有關的制度急需建立運作的準則與規範,尤其是實習階段中,有關實習輔導教師之選用、培育、專業發展及其輔導策略、評鑑模式 等,都成為重要的研究課題,這是本整合型研究的目的。本子計畫中有關輔導教師之評鑑模式之建立,其目的乃是為提昇「實習輔導教師」輔導「實習教師」之績 效,所以期望建立一套規範實習輔導教師進行輔導活動之指標,並設計評鑑模式,以確保達成輔導之目標。 本子計畫之研究內容,將包括以下兩項: 1.規劃評鑑指標(indicator) 2.規劃評鑑之主體、方式、過程及應用等 本子計畫以文獻分析、理論探討、召開座談會、及至學校調查施測等方式,規劃出可行的實習輔導教師之評鑑模式。

In education practice, in order to achieve expected goat many kinds of evaluations have been popularly applied for the regulation of progressing speed. In Taiwan\'s situation, the evaluations are applied to every step in our educational system. For example, we have college evaluation, high school evaluation, curriculum evaluation, teaching evaluation as a routine process. These facts indicate that evaluation are thought to be rich of benefit. Since teacher cultivation system became diverse, the operation criterion of related systems, have to be urgently established. The choice, training, professional development of mentor teachers for practice teachers as well as the guidance direction and the evaluation standards in the practice step, have become important research topics in the education field. This is what we want to study for this project. In this project, the purpose to establish an evaluation model for mentor teachers is to improve the instructing results of mentor teachers. We therefore desire to establish a set of criterion as instructing indicators for mentor teachers. Evaluation model will also be designed thus the instruction result could be strongly expected. The substance of this research will include the following: 1.designing the evaluation indicators 2.designing the subjects, methods, process and application of the evaluation. Literature searching, theory supplements, symposium convoking and school visiting will be carried out as practical implements for this project.
