近 二十多年來,在生涯輔導的領域中,高中學生、大學生及一般成人的「生涯未定向」(career indecision)問題一直是諮商心理學者最重視的研究主題。鑑於目前在進行有關大學生生涯未定向方面的輔導及研究時,缺乏適當的本土化工具可供診 斷,本研究的目的係在兼顧普同性與本土化的原則下,編製一份大學生適用的生涯因素量表,並建立信度、效度及常模資料,俾用以評量大學生的生涯定向程度、對 目前生涯定向狀態的安適感及生涯未定向原因的類型。 本量表的編製是以文獻探討、開放式問卷調查(n=314)及訪談(n=12)等方式蒐集資 料,編成預試量表。然後在台灣地區公私立大學,以分層叢集取樣方式,抽取603名大學生為預試樣本進行預試。預試所得結果根據每題的平均數、標準差、全距 及相關係數等資料,進行鑑別力分析,繼以主軸法及斜交轉軸進行因素分析,刪除不適當的題目後,編成生涯因素量表。最後階段則進行信度及效度研究,並建立百 分等級常模(N=993) 。本量表共分三部分:(一)定向量表,(二)安適量表及(三)原因量表。其中,原因量表尚包含「環境資訊」、「抉擇時機」、「雙趨衝突」、「焦慮猶豫」、 「科系因素」、「外在阻力」及「自我認識」七個分量表。做答方式採六點計分,從「非常不符合」到「非常符合」。 信度方面,間隔四週的再測信度,定向量表為.69,安適量表為.80,原因量表為 .89(分量表介於.78至.85間)。Cronbach alpha係數,定向量表為.85,安適量表為 .91,原因量表為.97(分量表介於.78至 .93間)。在效度方面,定向量表與安適量 表呈顯著正相關(r=.67);兩量表與原因量表呈顯著負相關(r=-.77及-.75);原因量表各分量表的內部相關低於各分量表與總分的相關。大學生 的生涯定向程度、對生涯定向狀態的安適程度及生涯未定向原因的類型三者與特質焦慮、情境焦慮、生涯信念及職業抉擇阻力有關。男女大學生僅在原因量表的「抉 擇時機」分量表上呈顯著差異。社會組與自然組學生在各量表上無顯著差異。不同年級學生在各量表上有顯著差異,年級愈高,生涯定向程度愈高。研究結果顯示本 量表的信度及效度均適當。

The major goal of this research was to construct the Chinese Career Factors Inventory (CCFI), which is a reliable , multidimensional measure of college students\' career indecision. The CCFI is composed of 67 items rated on a 6-point Likert-type scale, including the Decidedness scale (7 items), the Comfort scale (10 items), and the Reasons scale (50 items). In addition, the Reasons scale comprises 7 subscales. The samples in this study were drawn from universities by means of stratified and cluster sampling. The Career Decision Making Scale, the State-Trait Anxiety Scale, the Chinese Career Beliefs Inventory (Form A-2), and the Chinese Career Barriers Checklist were used to examine the validity of the CCFI. The reliability and validity of the CCFI were tested. The results were summarized as follows: (1) the 4-week interval retest reliability for the Decidedness, Comfort, and Reasons scales were .69, .80, and .89, respectively, and for the subscales of the Reasons scale ranged between .78 and .85; (2) the alpha coefficients for the three scales were .85, .91, .97, and for the subscales of the Reasons scale ranged between .78 and .93; (3) there was a positive correlation between the Decidedness scale and the Comfort scale, and both scales were negatively correlated with the Reasons scale; (4) career indecision was found to be correlated as expected with state-trait anxiety, career beliefs, and perceived career barriers; (5) there were no significant differences between social science group and natural science group; (6) the only significant gender difference was found on the Career Choice Importance scale of the Reasons scale; and (7) there were significant grade differences on all the CCFI scale scores, with higher school grade level students showing greater decidedness. The results support the reliability and validity of the Decidedness and Comfort scales and the seven subscales of the Reasons scale. Suggestions for possible counseling applications and further research are presented.
