本研究的目的在建立生活科技教育教師素質指標之可行方法,俾便提供生活科技教育教師培育決策與擬訂興革措施之參考。透過文獻分析、專家座談及 Delphi 調查將相關研究的 651 條指標要項歸納成三大類、22 大項、127小項生活科教師基本素質指標,其指標要項間的比重。透過問卷調查發現教師素質提高很多,但配課情形仍然普遍值得改進。教師對一般知能與教育專 業知能具有信心,但非生活科技合格教師之專業知能則明顯不足。高學歷及五年內進修之教師則可明顯提高專門專業知能,因此,應加強針對任教生活科技課程但非 合格登記之教師辦理進修活動。

The purpose of this study is to create a teacher\'s quality indicator for technology education. Twenty-two categories and 127 indicators were found through review literature, expert meeting and Delphi procedure. Questionnaire was developed by the researcher. 395 questionnaires were returned from 157 schools among 362. The data shows that 80% of the Technology education teacher meet the required ability. However, for those who don\'t have the certification of technology education teacher has lower basic abilities. Keep study and attend conference will help increasing the abilities.
