本研究旨在修訂美國Texas大學Austin校區教師教育研究發展中心的「關心程度問卷」成為「關心程度修訂問卷」,經信度、效度考驗後,再發展網路化的 線上施測系統,期能將修訂問卷以網路技術建置於全國資訊網,運用線上施測收集國內有關人員對推動各項教育改革的關心程度。 「關心程度修訂問卷」經翻譯、預試、題目分析後形成正式問卷,關心程度分成「察覺、知識、私人、管理、影響、合作、調整」等由低而高七個程度等級(分量 表)的關心程度,問卷題數為35題,作答採 Likert 式八點量尺。修訂問卷之隔兩週重測信度係數界於 .789 至 .876,α係數界於 .656 至 .803 之間。以性別、年齡、授課年級、職務、教學年資、參與教師會、教學狀況、接受訓練等差異,內在相關及因素分析來考驗建構效度,結果效度尚佳。 本系統擬建構在 MS Windows NT 與 IIS 平台之上,採用 ASP 的技術來設計系統的程式。本系統可提供線上即時計分、解釋資料收集、統計、資料查詢與設定測驗主題(教育改革主題)等功能。以網路版問卷與紙筆式問卷施測 42名國小教師,結果發現網路版與紙筆版問卷的施測結果無顯著差異,因此,「關心程度修訂問卷」不僅可用之傳統紙筆測驗,亦可透過網路實施線上施測。

This study is to revise the Stages of Concern Questionnaire (SoCQ), which was originally developed at the Texas Research and Development Center. The revised instrument, Revised SoCQ, is assured for estimates of reliability and validity, and then has been constructed on the World Wide Web (WWW). It is expected that the WWW-based SoCQ can be used on-line to collect the data concerning the concern stages of interested people as to various educational innovations. The Revised SoCQ is finalized after translation, pilot test, and item analyses. The instrument assesses the seven stages of concern such as awareness, information, personal, management, consequence, collaboration, and refocusing. It consists of 35 statements, each expressing a certain concern. Respondents indicate the degree to which each statement is true of them on a 0 to 7 scale. The reliability of the Revised SoCQ is ranged from .789 to .876 in terms of the two-week test-retest correlation, and from .656 to .803 in terms of internal consistency (alpha coefficients). The validity have also been confirmed after the investigations on the intercorrelation, the factor analysis, and the differences of gender, age, teaching level, school position, experience, membership, status, and training. The WWW-based SoCQ is built on MS Windows NT and IIS using the ASP technique. The system provides functions such as instantaneous online scoring, data collection and statistics for interpretation, information searching and retrieving, and setting up of any interested theme about educational innovation. While the WWW-based SoCQ and the Revised SoCQ were administered to forty-two primary teachers, it was found that there was no significant difference between the both. This implies that the Revised SoCQ can be used in the pencil-and-paper form or through the WWW equally.
