本研究預計以二年時間,先根據過去探索性研究的成果編製測量工具,再逐步建立一個整合性的工作動機理論架構,並驗證其假設。第一年計畫已根據概念定義編寫完 成12種量表,經由專家審閱討論後,進行二次預試,並參考項目分析的結果修改題目,編製為正式量表施測。各量表內部一致性係數自.54至.95,中數 為.81。初步因素分析的結果顯示各量表的因素結構較預期的概念結構複雜,有待後續研究繼續深入探討。

The major purpose of this two-year proposal is to develop an integrated work motivation theory. Based on results of some prior exploratory studies, the researcher first develop a conceptual framework and some working hypotheses, then to develop measurements to test the theoretical model. This is a term report of the first year research. During the past year, 12 inventories were developed and pretested. The range of internal consistent coefficients from .54 to .95, with a median of .81. Factor analyses show more complicate structures in most of those inventories. Based on those results, the researcher will use larger sample to develop theoretical hypotheses in the next year.
