本研究擬進行一項為期三年之研究計畫,探討策略性人力資源管理措施與組織績效間之關連機制,結合 AMO (ability-motivation-opportunity)、人才資本理論及資源基礎理論觀點,完整分析策略性人力資源管理之影響脈絡。另外,分析策略性人力資源管理由人力資源管理成效開始、到營運成效、再到財務績效等由近而遠之關係,並採縱斷面(longitudinal)方式蒐集資料進行探討,讓理論推導與因果分析更具可合理性。最後,除補強學術研究之缺口外,本研究針對國內上市櫃企業所執行之策略性人力 資源管理系統、人才資本、員工工作投入及組織行為等之調查結果,亦有助於實務界了 解國內企業各項人資措施與人資成效之水平、優勢、及弱點所在,據以做為企業發展或強化之參考。

The present study intends to conduct a three years period project to deeply explore the relation mechanism between strategic human resource management practices and organizational performance, based on AMO (ability-motivation-opportunity), human capital theory and the resource-based theory point of view, to comprehensively investigate the impact context of strategic human resource management. In addition, the impact analysis of SHRM in this study will start from the effectiveness of human resource management, to operation effects, and then financial performance via longitudinal data, so that the theoretical derivation and causal analysis will be more reasonable. Finally, in addition to make up the research gap on academic field, the present study will also investigate the implementation of strategic human resource management system and the level of human capital, employee engagement and organizational citizenship behavior for all listed companies. The results can let domestic enterprises practitioners understand the current human resources practices and the level of human capital, the strengths and weaknesses, in turn to design and implement the human resource development plans.
