探討全國民眾對生鮮青殼鴨蛋之認知及購買傾向,內容針對不同的年齡層、性別、教育程度、城鄉差異、價格接受度、膽固醇含量、風味、青殼蛋之特殊效果、與雞蛋之替代性等等選項進行詢問分析,作為後續訂定生鮮鴨蛋研發計畫與行銷策略的重要參考。調查工作擬由中央研究院人文社會科學研究中心-調查研究專題中心執行。完成電訪前測後,採用分層兩階段系統抽樣法,在全國各鄉鎮中依照人口數,等比例決定受訪樣本數,然後抽取住宅電話號碼,且隨機原則進行電話尾數末兩碼的選取。最後以戶中抽樣方式,針對戶中合格受訪者之男女兩性所佔人數,抽出中選之受訪對象,預計至少完訪1167個案。本分所將負責將調查資料進行分析及判讀,以作為後續推廣生鮮鴨蛋之重要參考。

The purpose of the project is to study the consumers' cognition of fresh duck eggs. This studied facets related to purchasing tendency of fresh duck eggs include age, sex, education, city/country, price, cholesterol content, favor, special function of blue-shelled egg and alternative choice between duck and hen eggs. The collected data from this study will be an important reference for further research regarding fresh duck egg and marketing strategy. The investigative work of this project will be conducted by the the Center for Survey Research of the Research Center for Humanities and Social Sciences at the Academia Sinica. After finishing pretest of this survey, we use two-stage stratified systematic sampling scheme to select respondents. Three hundred and sixteen strata from 309 townships and 7 metropolitan cities (Taipei, Kaoshiung, Chiayi, Tainan, Taichung, Jilung, Hsinchu) are defined. Household Telephone numbers are sampled based on probability proportional to population density in the strata. The last two digits of the telephone number are assigned to be randomly digit dialed. Within household selection based on Hung's random table is used to sample eligible respondents. Expected valid cases of this survey are 1167.
